Securifor 2D
Secure
Securifor 2 is a heavy weldmesh panel for providing the highest degree of security with the most discreet visual impact on the environment. The rigidity of the panels is further reinforced by the inclusion of 5.6 mm vertical wires and the addition of double 4 mm horizontal wires at 152,4 mm centres to the inside face of the panel. This product is ideally suited for applications that require high rigidity and where tresspassing is prohibited.
Vandal resistant
The finger-and-toe-proof mesh profile combines an hard to climb and hard to cut cut panel with excellent visibility and resistance to vandalism. The small mesh apertures with heavy wires results in long delay times when using basic hand tools to attempt cutting through the panel.
Discreet
Minimal visual impact on the environment with excellent see through visibility, essential for use with security cameras.

Coating Technique

Betaview
Type: A hollow “H” profile post.
Dimensions: 70 x 44 x 2 mm (Normal) 100 x 54 x 2 mm (Super)
Manufacture: Made from a rolled sheet, then hot-dip galvanized and
PVC coated to a minimum thickness of 200 microns using our fluidized bed PVC coating machine.
Panel Attachment: Behind the front lip using spider fixators and stainless steel security bolts, which go through the post for added security. Panels are then secured using tamper-proof shear nuts.
Choose high-density mesh for added security, bends for added rigidity and overall low visual impact.
Security
Robust wire and weld joints make cutting through the system using conventional bolt or wire cutters very difficult, while small mesh apertures offers no toe or finger holds. A saw-tooth panel top is available for added security.
Visibility
The panels have excellent visibility characteristics and from a distance appear almost invisible, offering unobstructed camera surveillance from the front or act at an angle.

Fortinet Welded mesh
The Fortinet fence is a total system composed of plastic coated fence on rolls and posts. Ideal for farms, residential areas and golf estates.

High longevity: The wire is galvanised, resistance welded at every intersection and plastic coated with maximum adhesion. Posts are galvanised inside and out, passivated and plastic coated, supplied complete with plastic top cap.

Welded Mesh
Welded mesh (50,8 x 50,8 mm), from galvanised wire, electrically welded at every intersection and then plastic coated. The horizontal wires have a crimp
at every mesh. The wire mesh of 150 cm and higher has barbs of 25,4 mm at one side, to be placed at the top or the bottom. Length of rolls: 25 m
Coating & Colours
The rolls are made out of galvanised wires. A pre-treatment process guarantees a perfect PVC coating adhesion to the product surface.

Posts
The Fortinet System with welded PVC coated tubular posts guarantees an optimal fence. Round tubular straining and intermediate posts, with 1 wire holder at 4cm from top with plastic cap (see product spec). Round tubular brace posts cut at one side under 45 degrees, with a hook for fixation onto the straining post, with plastic cap.
Posts are galvanised inside and out with a min. layer thickness of 275 g/m2 in accordance with ISO-1461. The posts are treated with an adhesion layer (primer)
and then PVC coated to a perfect finish (min. layer thickness of 60 micron).
